Delete your SUNHERA JOB account

Effective date: 30 September 2026

This page explains how to delete your account and personal data from the SUNHERA JOB Android app (com.sunherajob.mobileapp) and the websites sunherajob.com and user.sunherajob.com, operated by Sunhera Job Consultancy. One account is shared by the app and the websites, so deleting it removes it everywhere.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to career@sunherajob.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
2. Send it from the email address registered on your account, or include your registered mobile number in the message. Tell us whether the account is a job seeker, employer or panelist account.
3. We may call or message your registered mobile number to confirm that the request came from you.
4. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email or SMS when it is done.

You do not need to sign in or install the app to make this request.

What we delete

• Your account and sign-in details (mobile number, email, password).
• Your profile: name, photo, contact details, address, date of birth, gender, education, work experience, salary details, skills and preferences.
• Your resume and every document you uploaded (identity, education and experience documents).
• Your job applications, saved jobs, in-app messages and interview feedback linked to your profile.
• For employers: your company profile, logo, office photos, uploaded Aadhaar and business licence documents, and your job posts.

What we keep, and for how long

• Payment, invoice and accounting records (amount, date, service purchased, payer name and payment reference) are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require, generally up to 8 years, and are used only for that purpose.
• Records we must keep to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud or comply with a legal request, only for as long as that need lasts.
• Data that has been anonymised so it no longer identifies you.

Deleting only some data

You can edit or remove most profile details, your photo and your resume yourself in the app or on the website. To have other specific data deleted without closing your account, email career@sunherajob.com and tell us what to remove.
